unknown bush

this bush delights us every year. It is in a neighbours garden, none of us have been able to find a name for it, cannot find it in any of my gardening books, but i am sure their is someone out there who will know. at last we think spring has arrived, and suddenly every thing is bursting into bloom and people are smiling good times
