Un-Free Parks
It being a nice evening I got off the bus at Randolph Crescent and wandered through the New Town homeward.
At the end of Abercomby Place I looked back along through Queen St Gardens and renew my astonishment that these private gardens are so little used. I'm not aware as to the cost of a key but it seems a bit strange that three large parks are effectively 'out of bounds' for the majority of Edinburgh's citizens.
I did enjoy the walk in the evening sunshine and will probably repeat the journey as there a couple of other blipable subjects.
