michelmas daisy

I was in the garden last night just as it was getting dark, looking at the remaining colour to decide which was the most eye catching.  Among the choices were whites (garlic chive) pale whit/purple (marjoram) Orange/ red/ cream/ yellow (Dahlias), pinky reds (Bistort) assorted Nasturtium and little pink geraniums. It was the vibrant colour of Michaelmas daisy that caught my attention the most.
