Out to Samson
The kayaks got delivered to the flying boat club for 10.30 am and we set off for Samson via Bryher. It was a little rough crossing the channel but absolutely worth it. We arrived on the North shore and crossed the isythmus to the south to explore the houses left by the Websters and Woodcocks in 1855. Walking back via the north, we explored the ancient burial cairns. Took too much time and the kayaks had nearly floated away
Worked hard coming back but absolutely worth it. As I didn't get changed out the wet clothes quickly took a paddle out to great cheese Rock, it was too rough for paddleboarding was glad to get back in one piece!!!
