Railway

We walked the long way home, which is along the tracks at the base of the bluff along the river. Tried to figure where the loud air horn bleats had come from, but couldn't. I want to find an expert on what goes on at Swan Island, where they repair ships, and river traffic in general.
We planted a few pots of mums in the rental front yard and gave each old and new plant a good soak. It was all gray, dusty, and brittle.
