Photo Bombed

After a lazy day yesterday (when I didn't even manage to take a photo to Blip!), I took myself off to Frensham Little Pond for a walk, with some lunch and fungi forays thrown in.

I found this dilapidated pair of fungi, probably false chanterelle, and used the in-camera focus stack facility to take a series of shots and merged the stack of 36 images in Photoshop.  Continuing the lazy theme, I didn't have my tripod with me and just supported the camera on the camera bag, hence the high ISO, even so I was surprised at the detail (do look large), and even more surprised to see a tiny insect peeping over one of the caps at me! 

P.s just spotted another on the stem of the fallen fungus!
