My visit to Galway hospital

Had my injection and we went on to the seaside not sure if this is part of Galway Bay but it was lovely had our meal in a Hotel looking onto the sea.Don’t know how to use a thumbnail was going to put another photo up. There were a few ladies in swimming and they looked very healthy and nice and brown I asked them how often do they swim they said every day, and they did not look very young!!
