Jackdaw

We were about early to take Shep the Rabbit down to the vet and came away with everything crossed for her abscess operation.

Back home I buzzed about doing various household tasks and caught up on some journals before heading out for my flu jab.  As the day has gone on I've slowed right down and am now a bit achy, probably a result of two vaccinations in two days.  

The vet rang late afternoon to say the abscess had been a big one so Shep was still sleepy from the anaesthetic and they are keeping her overnight.

Meanwhile, the slanket has come out of the airing cupboard and I'm taking it easy on the settee ready for the final of Celebrity Masterchef and All Creatures Great and Small.

Did you watch Crossfire?  Real edge of the seat stuff, but both of us thought Chinara could have easily taken that slight terrorist.
