The Funeral

Carys and I went to London today, not to join the crowds but to a physio appointment, bang on 11am. Tottenham Court Road was surreally quiet.

Anyway when we got home I found myself watching the Hearse and then the committal ceremony. I picked up a paper, a bit of history I guess. The I started to sew badges on Will's Scout uniform. This one should have been worn until next year, as it is I didn't get round to sewing it in so it will go straight on to the camp blanket as I believe there is already a commemorative badge as the Queen was the Scouts patron.
