"Risk" is telling eighteen eight and nine-year-olds to use paint, chalks and crayons to explore creating aesthetically pleasing textures on card, foil, tissue paper, wax paper and/or cling film. Honestly, though, I was very impressed by their responsibility, creativity and endeavour (1.) You can see some of their creations in the extra. I'm very much looking forward to seeing the completed artwork on Monday.

(1.) Pointedly avoided mentioning the child who, when clean-up time came, decided that would be the perfect moment to paint his hands like a member of Blue Man Group. One might say he was exploring his inner thespian; however, I am inclined to believe he was exploring his inner twit.
