Autumn Equinox

My cold is having a resurgence , so I had a quiet morning. I popped over to the allotment and picked some veg and tomatoes. I gave some to Gemma next door.
Mid afternoon I went to see my Mum . I got her out for a walk in the garden in between the heavy rain showers . I painted Mums nails and found her a newspaper to read.
After that I went on a lovely walk at Kirkconnell Flow . Just me and all the beautiful nature there.
I hugged a lovely tall Scot’s pine. It felt warm and nourishing.
I had a look for adders in the clearing where they warn you about them. But no luck as usual ;-)
I sat on a bench and listened to the birds and the sound of traffic in the distance.
