Special Olympics Special Hero

This morning my daughter and I, and several hundred others, participated in the Charles County Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics. We had a blast! I love how our county comes together to help this wonderful cause. 
Gus (in my photo) spearheads the Torch Run. His work has helped our athletes to be able to compete in the Special Olympics. 
(Full disclosure - the run does include a walk option which was perfect for me.)
