So dull

Trapped indoors for much of the day by phone calls - actual and awaited - with dad's insurance broker about renewing the buildings insurance. This resulted at one point in my having to give the broker the BS number on the front door lock, which I could only manage by first taking a photo then zooming in to read the digits.
