The back end of a front..........

Its been a cold overcast day...little drizzle this morning. I have been babysitting my 2 ChCh grandies- 12 yrs and 18mths. Late this afternoon the cloud slowly moved north and I saw this as I was heading across town heading home. It is the back end of a front.......OK?
