Unknown wall plant

On a wet and dismal mid-April Sunday, I found this plant in flower on the wall of the Kings Park in Stirling. I haven't been able to identify it yet (any ideas?) but it was a small splash of colour on a dull day! I suspect that it may be a garden escape.
