Mirepoix

Passing through the horrendous Andorra, it was a relief to cross the border back into France. We are staying with an ex-Wellingotn colleague and his wife, just outsdie the beautiful town that is Mirepoix, their having upped sticks and moved here last year.
A pretty spot with an extensive house and garden about ten minutes out of town. A sociable evening on their terrace was had.- frightening to realise it was almost twenty years since we had seen them.
