Why do I wake at 3am some nights then cannot get back to sleep till it’s time to get up then fall asleep for a couple of hours . Up at 9 then went shopping for milk and bread and a coffee. Tidied the green house and planted up a pot and hanging basket with the plants so bought yesterday .
Checked in online for our cruise and downloaded various bits we needed
Then a lazy afternoon with an upset tummy. (I suspect wheat)
Christie phoned and we had a video chat for 2 1/2 hour it was good watching the kids playing after their breakfast
