Journey Home

Last day of our holiday today, we packed up and drove to Wallington, a National Trust property near where we were staying and did a lovely walk around their grounds.  We saw an excellent carved tree trunk, carved where it fell.

From there we stopped at The Angel of the North before heading home.  The sun on the statue looked lovely.
