Apple picking

Apple picking at Granny's house after swimming. Only one swam, the youngest didn't sleep well last night and was very clingy this morning, refused to get in the pool. To his credit, the swimming instructor did not push it and instead said to sit by the pool with him and watch the lesson, he involved the youngest and made his feel part of it, without putting on any pressure. The eldest swam beautifully and is doing so we.

Lovely lunch with Granny and the boys Aunt. 

Home, I went straight out to walk the dog and the eldest asked to come with me, we ended up doing a longer walk than planned at his request and had a lovely time.
