Topsy Turvey

Back on the canals again thankfully, the river was interesting and different but as all our clients had booked a "Canal" trip it was a difficult time trying to keep them happy that they weren't getting what they had booked... add in that our Chef injured himself and had to leave which involved a frantic search to find a new one - found one eventually but we did have a few days where we had to take the guests out to a restaurant for lunch and dinner !  Oh and our generator broke,, the water pump flooded and our van had a problem with it's gear box... I'm beginning to think the Canal "Gods" were not happy !!  Only 4 more weeks to go.... can't wait....
