Medal

This morning we went to see Lincoln participate in a duathlon. He ran, cycled then ran again. He did very well and was extremely pleased with his medal.
We were pleased to have had a good night's sleep and managed to wake at the right time for the outing. Hopefully if we sleep well tonight and wake at a sensible time we can safely say we have avoided jetlag.
