Dubious

Most of the traffic light hubs in the inner west of Sydney are decorated with community murals, often school projects.
This one is at the main intersection at Rozelle, so I always have plenty of time to contemplate it, given that you spend some time waiting for a green light to allow you to enter the hallowed land of Balmain.

I must say, I remain confused by this one.
