Speak up I can't hear you, for all the noise the ducks are making.

I've an appointment to see the Doctor tomorrow morning, so hopefully we'll start to get to the bottom of whatever's causing the pain in my side then.  I'm hoping so, as a few hours continuous sleep would be very welcome.
