Nine of Hearts

This artwork is on the top of a building which houses offices as well as a small shopping center. This is actually at street level and one goes down 7 floors to a parking garage for apartments that are also in the building.
In front of this artwork is a fountain. I see this everytime I go to the co-op to do some light grocery shopping. It is about 3 blocks from my apartment.
If one goes behind this artwork, you can see a large park as well as the Israeli Knesset and the Israel Museum. One can also see the central bus station and many large tall apartment blocks and hotels. The Justice building is also visible from here.
