The first three weeks of term have been particularly manic. So, in a bid to assert some control, I’ve been gathering, labelling and organising stationery say in front of the TV tonight. Bailey was operating in a supporting role.

It’s been a typical term-time Sunday with a walk round the block for Bailey first thing before I settled to work and he settled to nothing for quite a while before taking himself off upstairs when he got bored. Two lots of marking done and assessments logged were the main jobs of the day. I’m hoping to start the week slightly ahead of myself. Not sure how long that will last.
