Refresh

The old mansion across from the library had fallen into disrepair.  The neglect wasn't severe but the paint was faded and stuff seemed to scoot up to the foundations to lay down and slowly disassemble.
    A month ago the new owners got a crew together and cleaned, painted, and decorated the exterior.  They even added a little gargoyle under the roof on the porch.
