All Kitted Out

This police constable is all kitted out with nothing to do but watch the rain fall. The students waiting patiently to visit the Scottish Parliament look as if they would rather be anywhere else but here. That sums up the day (so far) here in Edinburgh! Hope your day is a bit brighter.
