Water with a dash of lime

After a few bursts of heavy rain, I like the way the linden leaves seem to hold the damp, while around them, the slate dries. I also like the crunch as I walk along the path. The fruit and leaf pairing also spins to the ground beautifully as it’s blown from the tree.

Linden or lime blossom tea is lovely, and the bees go nuts for the nectar in July. I’ve tried the little lime fruits, but there isn’t much flavour. Any recipe suggestions welcome!
