Estimating the Cost of Poor Quality

Leevi gave us yesterday a copy of his outstanding Master of Science Thesis. He worked with it from last January to June and it was approved in September. The title is: Estimating the Cost of Poor Quality: The Case of a Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Business. The grade was brilliant 5 (= A = Excellent). We are so proud of him!
