Sarong quilt on the bed

Made from sarongs collected in Malaysia when I lived there 99-2000. On completion I was disappointed and when a neighbour admired it I offered it to her. It’s been at Oast Quilters’ Show & Tell and now on my bed before handing it over as I like to sleep under all my quilts. I like it more now but I can only hang on to a few.
Went to a hospital appointment today only to realise I was two days early - did that for a neighbour’s funeral once and surprised to see so many unfamiliar faces. I did realise before going in.
