This little van has been parked on the bridge for a couple of days now - perhaps advertising the journeyman's skills? The style(s) remind me of traditional narrowboats - this is placed so it would be visible to any boat traffic coming down the Water as well as passers-by on the road. Unfortunately it's only likely to be seen by the occupants of the flat-bottomed boat during the monthly litter pick!
