Mercian Regiment

An early morning trip to town which was nearly deserted except for dozens of Global Security personnel and a few soldiers in camouflage. As I passed the town Hall, the flag of the Mercian Regiment was raised against a dreary grey sky, so I think there must have been a parade to the Cathedral at some point during the day. All the rubbish bins were sealed, so I guess there was some sort of security issue.
