CONISHEAD PRIORY GARDENS

A lovely few hours at Manjushri located at Conishead Priory today.  G loves to visit this Buddhist Temple, the cafe and the shop there and we always visit every time he comes down.  Today was lovely and quiet - just enough people to make it interesting.

We had a nice light lunch, G looked around the shop and then we went for a walk around the grounds and actually went into the temple.  I haven't been inside for some time and I'd forgotten some things.  It is so restful and peaceful there.  We paid our due respects to the Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatos Rinpoche, who passed away peacefully on 17th September.

The light in the grounds was fabulous today and I tried to capture that with this photo as well as the fabulous light in the cafe (see collage in extras).  It really had a sort of magical feel to it today.
