Progress.

Started the day at 6.45am by watering the new turfed lawn. J ran the roller over it.

Then we spent most of the day avoiding plumber and scaffolders. Scaffold up so the roofer can replace the disintegrated felt in the loft, hopefully fit new fascia boards and guttering as well!

We now have a new boiler, the old back boiler, which was only 50% efficient is now sat on our front garden. Yay!  Not a day too soon, the weather has turned so cold. Need to reach for a log burner now.
