that kind of day!

In other news ***** utility companies - they couldn't get a piss up in a brewery right :(

And I still have had no response regarding my complaint from two months ago and my subject access request from the 4th August which I should have had by the 5th September!  I am going to the Ombudsman now...

Plus they've become 'Ovo' and they can't even make my direct debit correct - they said I was paying more than I was so they've doubled it...

And whatever company they are you can never get through on the phone to speak to the complaints department.  Thank goodness my company isn't like that!

Sorry, rant over, its been that kind of day!
