Gloves

MONDAY

Gloves in September - I am getting soft in my old age.

Temperatures were in single figures this morning and there was a moderate north westerly breeze. I still wore shorts, but put on two tops and a pair of running gloves and ran up to Norland village via the edge of the moor and back home via Scholes Lane. 6.37 km in 38:58 and I was nicely warmed-up by the time I finished.

Another walk in the sunshine late afternoon.

Spent part of the day searching for some documents that I packed away a few months back. Still looking.
