Piebald
It was Fair Day in Bantry, the first Friday of every month there's a bigger more eccentric market. An added attraction today was the horse Fair - amongst the motley assemblage of rather scruffy ponies and melancholy donkeys were a few rather handsome stallions. This piebald was a beauty with a very complicated plaited tail. I was also mesmerised by the man's hair - large puffs of orange escaped out of his cap on each side of his head. The horses were literally being paraded in the middle of the road and the traffic went round them. Lots of interest was going on but not many sales.
Lawns moved, kale planted, polytunnel weeded. Phew.
