One of the Fred Olsen cruise liners at the CLT this afternoon. It's significant because this season is the first time the CLT has been used as an embarkation point. A sizeable chunk of money had to be refunded to the EU before Liverpool got the rights to use the CLT as anything other than a stopover, but judging by the numbers of people using the facility, I'd think that was money well spent.
