My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

The problem with going to a new agey shop to buy presents for one's pagan pals is that one's wife tends to go, "OooOOOOOooooOOO!" while in there. 

So as well as buying the candle-holder for Ellie we also bought this - it is a rock salt lamp which now has pride of place in our living room. 

Caro says it is meant to be therapeutic but I'm unsure about this. 

However, I must confess, it is sort of pretty.
