Take a number

How do you organise a food bank? One way is to give each client a number as they arrive. They hand back the number and are helped individually with the food. 
The refugee centre sewing group is making numbers to replace the paper ones, hoping that they will be more durable … I have my doubts, but it’s another nice project for the embroiderers.
