Late Summer Scene

At Westward Ho! this afternoon, in between the heavy showers. But I managed to stay dry, and my image for wide Wednesday this week, with the title Late Summer Scene.

Interval class this morning, a really tough workout, but enjoyed it as always.  Afterwards went over to a dear friend, with some scrap timber for her open fire. She had to have her beloved dog Daisy put to sleep a couple of days ago. But is slowly coming to the terms of not having to consider if she can go out or not. Think most of us have been there at one time or another if we have been pet owners. 

The weather has not really been very kind today, still windy (has calmed a bit), But there have been heavy short sharp rain showers, which I managed not to be out in!

Went to the Bank to cancel a cheque, which was posted on the 15th of this month,  and has so far not arrived, and it only had to go over the river!!!!! So will pay my membership at Camera Club tomorrow. Also organised a b'day card and gift voucher for No.1 Granddaughter, whose birthday is on Saturday.
