Blip not working!!

Have messaged them unsure why.. few years ago blip  of our son of holiday in Croatia, looking over zlatini rat, on the Island Of Brac.

So every photo taken last 2 days  says no no jpeg Invalid never been a problem before.
Was cut off the app because blip and android problem now worried will be lost from.blip.
Also wiln have to find v out of date photos to stay connected.
Any help really welcomed blip means so much to me..
