Just Resting

We drove out to St Peters Garden Centre this afternoon.   We had a nice cup of coffee by the lake, home to a couple of hippos, see here.  Then we took a gentle walk round their nature trail before heading back to the main garden centre to look at plants and pots, Ann bought a bagful of bulbs.

I had half an eye on a suitable pic for today's Wide Wednesday but settled on something more suitable for Tiny Tuesday, a red dragonfly resting on one of the trail's notice boards.

In other news: Tom is due round this evening having taken the train from Stratford.  I made a leek and sage croustade for tea.
