View from the flagpole

I needed to pick up my replacement head torch from the small Sainsbury's in Pollokshields and since I had a free morning I wandered around Queens Park and up to the flagpole viewpoint. 
A short trip into town and then off to circuits around Newlands Park with Roukie Runners. It was mostly sprints tonight, not really my thing but it got my heart rate up and we all improved our times over three laps. Can’t believe I only used up the calorie equivalent of 2.5 kitkats, the two finger ones.
