A working day in Bristol for me (Chris) so a very early drive to Didcot to get the train to Temple Meads. A good day in the office although a bit of a downpour as I left to walk back to the station, very glad I had a brolly.

Being of a certain age, the Inter City 125 (HST to some) was definitely part of our growing up. They are now slowly being withdrawn so it is always a bit of a treat to see one, even if it isn’t in classic blue and yellow. Although this wasn’t my train home, it was still great to see it pulling out the station as I awaited my train.
