To new beginnings!!

Well now that things (work wise ) are starting to improve I thought it was about time I did something about the excess baggage I gained whilst comfort eating my way through the last 2 years of my old hideous job!
So off to Slimming World I went with a rough idea of what I thought I weighed ..... Holy moly not quite what I was expecting to see - I don't mind sharing my weight as I'm not going to be this size for much longer so here it goes.... Thought I might be maybe 13 1/2 - 14 stone .... But no 14.12lbs !!!! Crikey I nearly passed out with the shock !! But it's made me more determined to lose now so here begins my new journey to getting to 12 stone!!!
