It is off (challenge shot some thing good

Very nice but busy day out to town then when I got back had dinner out side in the sun with Molly a chat with the neighbour.

Then it was time for my appointment to have my plaster off and now my arm is all dry so I am going to have a bath was it and put some cream on it even if it dose not look like some thing good it is to me as it has been six weeks.

They are phone me next week and I have to have physio on it.

The sunflower I took yesterday has come out a bit more and my Tom plants are peeping thought so I am getting there
