Santander hotel, las Brisas
Ah, thought you'd seen the last of me? Nae chance, not when there are still snaps for you to see, and wee stories tae be tellt.
We left Santander on schedule, on the good ship Galicia which spent the next 8 hours being tossed about on the incoming Atlantic waves and swell. To compensate for the ship's movements, we (I) drank a whole lot of Murphy's, the dark one, whilst sitting with the couple who's car door had earlier been caught by the wind and hit my car door. Damage yet to be assessed.
Gave up and went for a kip. Got up and went for dinner, included, but was unable to eat it all. Retired to our cabin, lights out at 9pm. Awoke 12 hours later, leaving a further 12 hours or so before Portsmouth.
Extras: Santander seafront panorama whilst leaving port.
Pilot boat retrieving the pilot.
Great having a picture window in the cabin, but I guess you will realise I'm just clowning with that one. You should Coco!
This diatribe being prepared retrospectively as yesterday evening I couldn't trust my "Murphyed" fingers, nor could I work out the WiFi access onboard.
