Apples

I picked the last of the cooking apples from the tree. This is the third lot we have picked from the tree which we only planted 2 years ago. I am going to be busy tomorrow preparing these. Not sure yet what I am going to make, we already have quite a few crumbles in the freezer made with the last lot I picked.
I picked these today because the forecast is for heavy rain tomorrow.
