The last fine panorama for a few days

To get this shot, I had to scramble through the brash to an old tree stump for a viewpoint. We're looking up towards Ford Bay and Loch Awe beyond.
The weather forecast for the next few days is, to use the technical term, shite, so I thought I'd grab this while I could.
In other news, I met with the primary mental health team today and am starting on a guided self-help programme based around CBT. Let's hope it does some good.
